- Confirmation of Industry Body and membership number to be included in the request.
- Confirmation of successful completion of HSBC online training
PROCEDURE:
1) Broker request to Astute
Accred Team
2) Astute Accreds Team to deploy HSBC Training module from Astute Litmos (email Astute IT to deploy). Broker to forward notification of successful completion of HSBC online training.
3) Accreds to email details to broker.accreditation@hsbc.com.au with spreadsheet of current requests & required information.
4) HSBC will confirm & issue ID number to Broker & Accreds.
Inactive brokers will need to
complete refresher training yearly, if not completed the accreditation will be
suspended. HSBC will notify Brokers of pending suspension at 9 months, then remind and suspend at 12 months. Completion of online training at these points will trigger to reactivate accreditation status.
GEM Support will need to be advised of reactivation to reinstate HSBC access in ApplyOnline
ID number is issued
